EZFormz is a free order form builder that allows users to create product listing pages, collect order information, and share them via unique URLs. The Service does not process payments, store payment credentials, or facilitate financial transactions of any kind.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

EZFormz, its operators, owners, affiliates, and contributors ("we", "us", "our") shall not be held liable for any damages, claims, losses, or disputes arising from:

• The products or services listed, sold, or distributed by users of the Service.
• Any transactions or interactions between sellers and buyers facilitated through forms created on the Service.
• The legality, safety, quality, or authenticity of any products or services listed by users.
• Non-delivery, misdelivery, or defective delivery of products or services.
• Payment disputes, chargebacks, fraud, or any financial losses.
• Any violation of laws or regulations by users of the Service.

The Service is provided as a tool only. We do not endorse, verify, inspect, or guarantee any products, services, or transactions. We are not a party to any transaction between users and their customers.
