Choose content and layout blocks
- Divider draws a horizontal separator.
- Image displays an uploaded image or image URL. Display size can be Full width, Large at 640 pixels, Medium at 400 pixels, or Small at 240 pixels; smaller choices are centered.
- Collapsible Section gives buyers a title bar that expands or collapses configured content. Choose its title, content, and whether it starts expanded.
- Countdown Timer displays days, hours, minutes, and seconds to a target date and timezone. It does not control whether orders are allowed.
- Page Break starts another page of the buyer journey.
Layout controls organize what a buyer sees. They do not protect content that the browser has already received.
Add and remove pages
Choose Add Page above, between, or below the builder pages. Each added page inserts a page break. Buyers see a progress indicator such as Step 1 of 3, Next on intermediate pages, Back after the first page, and Submit on the final page.
Move blocks into the intended page with drag and drop or the block move controls. Remove Page removes that page break and moves its blocks onto the previous page; it does not delete those blocks. Preview after removing a page to confirm the new order.
Plan a short buyer journey
Give each page one clear job, such as choosing products, entering contact details, selecting payment, and reviewing final questions. Put instructions before the fields they explain, use meaningful Heading blocks, and avoid pages that contain only one small question or an overwhelming wall of fields.
The buyer must complete the current page's visible required fields before Next advances. Back preserves entered values. Conditional rules can use only earlier supported fields as their sources, so place the controlling question before the dependent field.
Test every route
Preview the shortest and longest valid paths, including conditions that hide required fields. Move forward, go back, change an earlier answer, and confirm later pages update as intended.
Repeat the test with only a keyboard, at about 320 pixels wide, and at 200% zoom. Check that the step label, headings, field errors, Back, and Next remain visible and understandable without relying only on color or position.
Do not use layout as access control
Pages and conditional visibility organize the buyer experience; they are not authorization. Content sent to a later or conditionally hidden page can still reach the buyer's browser. Never use a page break, hidden field, or condition to protect passwords, private instructions, customer data, or privileged links.
Use the form's Security settings when access must be gated. See Show fields with conditional logic for rule setup and Publish and share a form for the final signed-out test.
