Fix a missing login email

Find a missing or expired login email

Outcome: Check delivery, discard older codes, and recover when a login email is missing or expired.

First checks

Use the exact email address that owns the account, then search every mailbox folder for EZFormz, noreply@ezformz.net, or login code. Check Spam, Promotions, Updates, All Mail, Trash, filters, and blocked senders.

Separate email addresses are separate EZFormz accounts, so request the code with the exact address that owns the form. If a successful code ever opens an account or form list you do not recognize, sign out immediately, do not change anything, and contact EZFormz support with the request time but not the code.

Use the newest code

  1. Return to Log In and confirm the email address.
  2. Request one new code.
  3. If a prior code was issued less than 60 seconds ago, use that message; the resend cooldown does not issue a replacement during that minute.
  4. When a later message actually arrives, discard every earlier code.
  5. Enter the six-digit code within 15 minutes of when that code was issued.

After the cooldown, a newly issued code replaces the previous one. A code can therefore be unexpired by time but still be rejected because a later code was issued. During the cooldown, the reverse is true: the earlier code remains current even though the login page accepted another request.

When to contact support

If EZFormz says the message was sent but it never arrives, submit a support ticket. Include the account email and the approximate time you requested the code so delivery, bounce, or complaint records can be checked.

Never include the login code itself. For an authenticator prompt after email sign-in, see Choose between email codes, 2FA, and passkeys.

Support cannot move a form merely because a code was requested for a different email. Separate email addresses are separate accounts, and form ownership must be reviewed or transferred through the supported workflow.
