Open analytics for a form
Open the form's seller Orders page and choose Analytics. A direct /analytics/{form-id} link works for the seller or a collaborator with View analytics permission. The page summarizes recorded form views, non-cancelled orders, conversion, revenue and order trends, and top customers.
Use the seller's saved timezone for daily reporting. If none is saved, EZFormz uses a valid browser timezone and then its default timezone.
Read each metric correctly
- Form views are recorded visits to the public form. They are not unique people, so repeat visits can count more than once.
- Orders exclude cancelled orders.
- Conversion divides non-cancelled submitted orders by recorded form views. It is not a unique-visitor conversion rate.
- Revenue adds saved totals for non-cancelled orders. Pending orders are included, so this is submitted order value, not verified or received cash.
- Top customers groups non-cancelled orders by trimmed, case-insensitive, non-empty buyer email. Rows are ranked by total spending and then order count, and show the latest exact name and email saved on an order.
Revenue and order charts use 30-, 60-, or 90-day windows. They are operational analytics, not payment reconciliation, tax reporting, or profit-and-loss accounting.
Select a chart bar to open the exact Orders-page time window for that seller-local day. Keyboard users can focus the chart, use Left or Right to choose a day, and press Enter or Space to open it. The accessible daily table provides the same links.
Select the non-cancelled Orders card to open the underlying Orders page. Select a Top Customers name to open that customer's newest exact order; use All orders when you need the full form list.
Review products and source orders
The dashboard's separate Product Breakdown widget uses saved line totals from non-cancelled orders, including pending orders, and can be viewed for all time or the last 30 days by product or variant. Large reports are marked partial because that widget uses at most the newest 5,000 matching orders. It is not another panel on the form Analytics page.
Open the underlying Orders page when you need to verify status, payment proof, refunds, or individual line items. See Manage orders and bundles.
Share analytics safely
Analytics screenshots can expose customer names, buyer emails, form performance, and revenue. Redact sensitive fields and share exports or screenshots only with people who need them.
