Update your profile and saved checkout info
Open Account to change your display name and business name. These are account profile fields; changing them does not rewrite names, addresses, or contact details already saved on orders.
Saved Checkout Info is a separate, opt-in buyer profile. Save only the name, username, and shipping details you want available when you choose Use saved info on a public form. EZFormz does not build this profile from earlier orders or forms. Clearing it stops future reuse but does not alter submitted orders.
Your Account theme changes the dashboard, builder, and order pages. Each published form keeps its own appearance settings.
EZFormz currently stores and calculates product prices, shipping, discounts, fees, order totals, refunds, Profit & Loss amounts, tax exports, and payment obligations in U.S. dollars. The Account currency control is locked to USD; it does not convert currency or enable multi-currency checkout.
Account does not currently auto-apply reusable form-style defaults to newly created forms. Start from a template or saved design when you want to reuse a form's structure or appearance, and copy a saved payment method into each form explicitly; those copies are not live-linked to the Account version.
Set your timezone
Open Account → Timezone, choose a listed timezone or Auto-detect, and save. The setting is used when EZFormz displays order times and reports for your account. If a time looks wrong after travel or a daylight-saving change, check this setting before changing order data.
When no timezone has been saved, the dashboard can detect and save the current browser timezone. A timezone you choose manually takes precedence. A form's scheduled opening and closing can still use the timezone saved on that form.
Choose notification channels
Open Account → Notifications. For each available event, choose among in-app bell, email, browser push, and Telegram delivery.
- Browser push requires a supported browser, permission for
ezformz.net, and push availability in the current environment. Use the Test action after enabling it on a device. - Telegram requires the Telegram notification service to be available and a DM connection for this account. Under Account → Notifications, choose Connect, then Open Telegram and connect to finish linking the chat. Disconnect it from the same section when no longer needed.
- A disabled channel box means that event cannot use that channel. Support and some admin alerts intentionally do not use email, and the weekly report is a separate email-only preference.
- Turning off one channel does not turn off the others. Check the whole row when an alert arrives somewhere unexpected.
The visible matrix covers order, tracking, review, edit-request, order-message, payment, low-stock, transfer, and supported administrative events. Collaboration invite, decision, and internal-message notifications have service defaults but do not currently appear as editable rows in this matrix. Form collaborators receive only events their permission and the form workflow allow; a Co-owner includes Receive order notification emails, while Custom access can grant that permission explicitly.
New-order email also depends on the form's own Notify on order setting. An account-level Email checkmark does not turn that form setting on, and turning off one form's notification does not disable account events from other forms.
The top-navigation bell contains in-app notifications on desktop and mobile. Opening it marks currently unread alerts seen; Clear all removes the current bell entries from your account. Clearing a bell entry does not reverse the order, transfer, invitation, or other event that produced it.
On iPhone or iPad, browser push requires installing EZFormz to the Home Screen before enabling push. On every platform, grant notification permission to ezformz.net on the device that should receive alerts and use the Account-page Test action there.
Email delivery health is an administrator-only alert raised when recent delivery failures, delays, bounces, or complaints cross the service threshold. It intentionally uses the bell, browser push, or Telegram rather than email. Support-ticket and donation-report alerts also keep email disabled. The weekly report remains a separate email-only setting instead of a row in the channel matrix.
Keep account connections separate
Account settings contain several independent types of saved access:
- Connected Apps lists OAuth connections such as ChatGPT or Claude. Revoking one stops that connection from making future EZFormz requests, but it does not erase chats or data the provider already retained.
- API Keys lists static credentials. Revoke an unused or exposed key there. Static keys are separate from Connected Apps and must be revoked separately.
- Shipping and tax provider credentials belong to their own Account sections. Removing one connection does not disconnect another service or remove records already stored by that provider.
- Google Sheets and Airtable are configured per form. Disconnect or restrict the destination as well as changing the EZFormz form setting when access should end.
- Saved payment methods are reusable templates. Copying one into a form creates form-specific settings, so later account-template edits do not silently update that form.
Changing profile details or timezone does not rotate these credentials. Sessions shows current login-session information, but the Account page does not offer remote sign-out for other devices. For login protection and recovery, use Set up 2FA, passkeys, and recovery. For exports and deletion, see Manage account data and contact support.
