Arrange the dashboard
Open Dashboard and choose Widgets to show or hide dashboard widgets. Drag widgets to reorder them, use the up and down controls for keyboard reordering, or collapse a widget to reduce its height. Changes save to the account automatically. Reset to Default restores the standard widget set and order.
Inside My Forms, switch between grid and list layouts, then choose the form statistics you want displayed. Search, status filters, and sorting change the current view without changing a form. If a preference-save error appears, retry before assuming the new layout is stored.
Know what each widget shows
The default widget set is:
- Today's Revenue: submitted non-cancelled order totals in your saved account timezone, with yesterday comparison and a per-form drilldown.
- Profit & Loss: the account-default 30-day P&L lens, its formula and coverage state, plus a link to the complete report. A missing-cost state is not a zero-cost result.
- Weekly / Monthly Revenue: the current seller-local seven-day and 30-day windows, with order counts and per-form drilldowns.
- Pending Orders: the number of orders whose current status is Pending.
- Orders by Status: every current status with counts and per-form drilldowns.
- Shipping Queue: up to 20 oldest Confirmed, Ordered from vendor, or Packing orders that have no tracking number. An order deep link can reveal the requested queue row or explain why it is no longer waiting.
- My Forms: owned forms and accepted shared forms, with permission-aware statistics and actions.
- Reviews: average rating and recent reviews, with links to the public and management pages.
- Revenue by Form: the top owned forms by submitted non-cancelled order totals.
- Top Products: the top ten saved product/variant order-item snapshots ranked by units, with saved line-total revenue.
- Product Breakdown: a per-form product or variant chart with all-time or 30-day range, quantity or revenue metric, and bar or pie presentation. A capped scan is labeled partial instead of being presented as complete.
- Low Stock Alerts: local variants and shared-inventory items at or below their configured threshold, linked to the correct stock workflow.
- Discount Usage: buyer-entered coupons and automatic Sales that have usage, with active redemption and benefit totals.
- Repeat Customers: normalized non-empty customer emails with more than one non-cancelled order, plus newest-order drilldowns.
- Avg Order Value: total submitted non-cancelled revenue divided by the matching order count.
The account summary widgets use forms you own. A shared form appears in My Forms, but its orders, revenue, and actions are hidden when the collaborator role lacks the required permission.
Use the My Forms toolbar
Search matches form names. Filter chips show All, Active, Drafts, and Has orders with live counts. Sort by Newest, Oldest, Most orders, Highest revenue, or A–Z. These controls filter and reorder the view; they do not change the forms.
Cards shows status, an On/Off control, selected statistics, public URL, and quick actions. List groups forms as Earning, Live with no orders, and Inactive and adds a seven-day order sparkline. If you have eight or more forms and have not saved a layout choice, List is the default.
The STATS SHOWN picker applies the same ordered selection to every form. Choose one to five of Views, Orders, Revenue, Conversion, Avg order, Last order, Repeat buyers, Total orders, and Received. Drag the chips to reorder them. Adding a sixth replaces the first selection; Reset returns to Views, Orders, and Revenue.
Use form-card actions
- Turn a form on or off when your owner or collaborator permission allows it.
- Copy or open the public link, or generate its QR code.
- Open Edit form, View orders, or the gear shortcut to
/edit/{id}#settingswhen permitted. A direct/edit/{id}#settings/orderEditslink opens the Order Edits subsection. - Use the menu for Preview, Export CSV, Duplicate, QR code, Collaborators, Transfer, or Delete. Owner-only items are not shown on shared forms, and Transfer appears only while the owned form reports zero orders.
- Sync a connected Google Sheet from the card only as the owner.
- Collapse an individual card to keep its title and action row while hiding statistics and the URL. This per-form card choice is stored in that browser.
Brand-new forms with zero views and zero orders show a Share your link coaching prompt instead of a row of zero statistics.
Read revenue as an operating estimate
Dashboard revenue sums saved order totals for orders that are not cancelled. It is not proof that payment was received, verified, settled, cleared, or available to withdraw. Pending, unpaid, disputed, refunded, or manually recorded orders may require separate review.
The day, week, and month windows use the saved account timezone. When none is saved, the dashboard uses a valid browser timezone and attempts to save it. Check Account → Timezone before treating a date boundary as wrong.
Revenue and product widgets use order snapshots: later catalog price or name changes do not rewrite historical order-item line totals. Customer widgets normalize email case and surrounding spaces and exclude empty email values.
Use the order record and the payment method's independent evidence to confirm payment. For crypto, verify the transaction independently; for payment proofs or external providers, follow the relevant verification and refund workflow. Use Profit & Loss for configured costs and operating reports rather than treating dashboard revenue as profit.
Share or duplicate safely
The public link follows the form's saved access mode. Public allows anyone with the link to open it, Password requires the current form password, and Invite only requires active invite access. Publishing schedules, closure, and submission or item limits can still make a shared link unavailable.
Duplicate creates a new, unpublished form for the owner to review. The form password and Google Sheets connection are not copied. Before publishing the duplicate, review its access mode, add a new password if needed, reconnect integrations, check products and limits, and open its public link in a signed-out browser.
Protect dashboard screenshots
Dashboard and order views can expose customer names, email addresses, order details, revenue, inventory, private form links, access codes, and integration status. Crop or redact unrelated data before sharing a screenshot. Never include passwords, login or recovery codes, API keys, payment credentials, private keys, or full payment-proof details in a support attachment.
Request a missing widget
Use the dashboard's Want a different widget? card. Enter an email and describe the metric plus the decision it should support. This submits product feedback; it does not create a technical support case and does not guarantee that the widget will be built. Use technical support instead for a dashboard error or failed preference save.
